A Life Devoted to the Sacred
Angie has been fascinated by spirituality throughout her life. She has explored various forms of Christianity — Evangelical, Mysticism, and Gnosticism — and is inspired by female mystic writers across the centuries, from Julian of Norwich to the modern mystic Bernadette Roberts.
Her primary esoteric interests lie in Traditional Astrology and Tarot, which she approaches with scholarly rigour and genuine devotion. She is also a certified Reiki Master, offering energy healing grounded in formal training and attunement. She is continuously exploring ways to embrace a full spiritual life within community, while honouring the dignity and autonomy of every individual.
Angie serves the Parish of St. Joseph of Arimathea as part of the esoteric Gnostic Apostolic Johannite Church within the Historic Apostolic Succession. She was ordained to the Diaconate in September 2020 and to the Priesthood in 2023.
She holds a B.A. in History and an MBA, and lives in Calgary, Alberta, with her husband and two children.
